CURRICULAR INTERNSHIPS

The main objective of the internships is to implement professionalism by creating competencies made up of the set of knowledge, skills, autonomy and responsibility.

The Internship is the fundamental and distinguishing point of the path for ABIVET Veterinary Technicians.

To become a Veterinary Technician, 400 hours of internships per year are mandatory, for a total of 800 hours.

ABIVET will take care of all the insurance and bureaucratic documentation for the correct execution of the internship hours.

The student can carry out the internship in the structures already affiliated with Abivet (which can be found here) or may arrange for other ones to be agreed upon, should they prove suitable.

During the Internship, the Veterinary Technician develops the ability to apply knowledge and skills independently and responsibly.

Online course students will be able to start their first year internship after passing anatomy and physiology 2.

The internship can be carried out at our facilities or at the facilities that are affiliated

If, on the other hand, a chosen structure does not have an agreement, it is possible to verify the suitability of the structure before the start of the internship, and if it is suitable, arrange for an agreement.
